Job Summary:
This role seeks a technical advisor to support customer engagement and solutioning within the APJ region. You will collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and propose effective technical designs. The position involves driving revenue growth through high-touch pre-sales activities and providing end-to-end technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer value discovery to pinpoint critical challenges and desired outcomes.
• Design future state architectures mapping capabilities to business benefits.
• Develop executive-ready ROI/TCO models and business cases.
• Plan and execute Proof of Value engagements with clear success criteria.
• Present value narratives to diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of sales engineering or presales technical experience.
• Hands-on expertise in networking, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency with value-based selling frameworks.
  

Industry Experience:
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in the technology sector, particularly within networking and cybersecurity solutions.
