Location: RemoteNotesMust have with 5 years of experience in a complex Workday compensation environment.This role is leading Workday Compensation for our shipboard employee population (40,000+) with unions and complex compensation rules.The focus is on our current implementation of shipboard compensation, which is set to go-live January 1The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise across Workday Core and Advanced Compensation, strong people leadership experience, and a proven track record of managing complex Workday environments in a global enterprise setting.Proven track record of successfully leading HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.5 years leading and configuring Workday Core and Advanced Compensation required.Experience supporting unionized populations and complex pay structures (e.g., step progression, CBAs).Plus:Prior HRIS management experience for a publicly traded organization with a large workforce preferred. xzbcwsv Workday Pro Certification desired.
