Role: Artist Manager - Live101

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Artist Manager to handle end-to-end artist relations, bookings, and growth. This role focuses on managing talent careers, driving monetization, and building strong industry connections across live events and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end artist representation, including bookings, scheduling, and coordination
• Drive revenue through live shows, brand deals, endorsements, and collaborations
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, promoters, venues, and partners
• Negotiate contracts, commercials, and performance agreements
• Develop and execute career growth strategies for artists
• Coordinate with marketing, PR, and content teams to enhance visibility
• Identify new opportunities across events, tours, and digital platforms
• Lead commercial strategy for events, tours, brand deals, and IPs

Must-Have Skills

• Experience in artist management, talent management, or live events
• Strong network within the music or events industry
• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Strong communication and relationship management
• Understanding of artist branding and monetization models
• Ability to manage multiple artists and fast-paced schedules

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in artist/talent management or live events
• Experience handling artist bookings, contracts, and partnerships
• Highly organized with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
