Operational Supervise the entire shift operations in terms of inbound, outbound and transit operations for DP shipments mainly in terms of tally, documentation and carting/ loading operations for Ensuring timely and accurate connections of DP loads onto the approved air network (BDA and commercial flights) Ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of inbound DP, International and E-Retail loads to the respective service centers during the shift Ensure appropriate and accurate completion of paperwork and documentation for necessary regulatory clearances (octroi, sales tax, etc.) for all inbound, outbound and DP transit loads during the shift; Oversee the work of supervisors in the shift to ensure adherence to the operational workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at the air hub
