Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manual Tester with strong expertise in the Banking Domain , specifically in LOS (Loan Origination System) and LMS (Loan Management System) . The candidate should have hands-on experience in testing end-to-end loan lifecycle applications, preparing test scenarios, executing test cases, and coordinating with business and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and System Testing.
• Understand Banking Loan Origination (LOS) and Loan Management (LMS) business processes.
• Prepare Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Data based on BRD/FRD.
• Execute manual test cases and log defects using defect management tools.
• Validate loan workflows from application creation to loan closure.
• Perform End-to-End testing across different loan products.
• Participate in Requirement Analysis and Sprint Planning meetings.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners for defect resolution.
• Verify fixes and perform Regression Testing before production deployment.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables within project timelines.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Manual Testing .
• Good understanding of LOS (Loan Origination System) and LMS (Loan Management System) .
• Knowledge of Retail Lending and Loan Life Cycle.

• Foreclosure & Closure
• Experience in Test Case Preparation, Defect Tracking, and Requirement Analysis.
• Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.

Education

• BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc (IT/CS) or equivalent.
