Company Description We are looking for a charismatic, relationship-driven Sales Executive to join our wedding photography team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for couples embarking on one of the most important milestones of their lives. Your primary mission is to respond to inquiries, guide couples through our photography portfolios, understand their unique wedding visions, and help them select the perfect photography package. The ideal candidate blends an artistic appreciation for photography with a sharp commercial instinct to close bookings and meet monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

Lead Conversion: Promptly respond to inbound inquiries from our website, Instagram, wedding directories (e.g., WedMeGood, WeddingWire), and bridal expos.

Consultations & Viewings: Conduct in-person, phone, or Zoom consultations with couples to present portfolios, explain our shooting style, and understand their event itineraries.

Customized Proposals: Create and present tailored pricing proposals and photography packages that align with the couple's budget, venue scale, and specific coverage needs.

Closing & Contract Management: Address couples' hesitations, negotiate package inclusions, secure deposits, and manage the signing of service contracts.

Vendor Networking: Build and maintain strategic relationships with wedding planners, venue managers, makeup artists, and decorators to drive B2B referrals.

CRM Tracking: Actively manage the sales pipeline using a CRM or studio management tool (e.g., HoneyBook, Dubsado, HubSpot) to follow up with warm leads systematically.

• Post-Sales Handover: Seamlessly transition booked clients to the lead photographer or creative director for pre-wedding planning and logistics.
