Overview Join our team in Chandler, AZ as an experienced engineer specializing in precision machining processes for aerospace turbine components. This dynamic role involves fixture design, datum strategy, CNC machining, grinding, EDM, and process improvement. Expect to travel up to 50%, primarily to Mexico, to support process transfers and supplier development. Responsibilities Develop and enhance machining processes for precision aerospace components. Design and validate fixtures, tooling, and datum strategies for manufacturing. Optimize CNC milling, creep feed grinding, high-speed grinding, and EDM processes.
