Job Details:Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering TechnicianLocation: El Paso, TX 79912 (Onsite)Pay Rate: $20/hour (W2 – No Benefits)Duration: 6 monthsSchedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | First shift initially, transitioning to second shift in January 2027

Build Better Manufacturing Processes!Are you passionate about manufacturing, process improvement, and solving real-world production challenges? This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment where you can help improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with manufacturing or engineering experience who enjoys identifying problems, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do:Support manufacturing engineering activities to improve production safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, process flows, and production layouts.Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve workflow using Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.Analyze production processes and equipment performance to improve efficiency and utilization.Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.Support capacity planning, line balancing, tooling implementation, and new manufacturing processes.Work closely with production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to maintain operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For:2+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, production support, or an engineering technician role preferred.Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, or continuous improvement.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Experience with ERP, MES, or manufacturing tracking systems is a plus.
