Information Technology Manager

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead technology operations, cybersecurity initiatives, and strategic IT projects. This role oversees IT infrastructure, systems, and support services while partnering with business leaders to drive innovation, security, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead daily IT operations and service delivery. Manage, mentor, and develop IT team members. Oversee cybersecurity programs, risk mitigation, and incident response. Manage hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems. Evaluate and implement business applications, SaaS platforms, and emerging technologies. Lead technology projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. Manage IT budgets and resource allocation. Partner with stakeholders to identify and deliver technology solutions. Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements. Maintain IT documentation, policies, and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred. 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity. Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, and cybersecurity frameworks.
