Social Media Manager

Location: Aditya world city, Ghaziabad (On-site) Timings: Monday–Saturday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM We're looking for a Personal Brand & Social Media Manager who understands how to build audiences, create meaningful content, and leverage AI to produce content faster and smarter. This role isn't just about scheduling posts. You'll be responsible for shaping the online presence of our founders while helping grow the Touchwood Team brand across multiple platforms. What You'll Manage Founder 1 – Personal Brand Build content around: Artificial Intelligence Photography Videography Travel Founder 2 – Personal Brand Build a strong personal brand around: Graphic Design Branding Creative Process Design Thinking Touchwood Team Manage and grow our agency's social media by creating content around: Marketing Branding Product Photography & Videography Client Work Behind-the-scenes Agency Culture Creative Campaigns Platforms You'll Handle Instagram LinkedIn YouTube Shorts Additional platforms like X (Twitter) as we expand Responsibilities Plan and execute content strategies for three different brands. Create monthly and weekly content calendars. Repurpose content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Write engaging captions and LinkedIn posts that provide genuine value, not just promotional content. Publish meaningful LinkedIn content 2–3 times a week. Manage YouTube Shorts and help develop long-form YouTube content strategies. Track content performance and continuously improve based on analytics. Stay updated with social media trends, AI tools, and platform updates. Work closely with founders to turn ideas into high-performing content. Who We're Looking For Experience managing personal brands or company social media. Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Excellent content planning and storytelling skills. Comfortable working with founders and bringing their ideas to life. Highly organized and proactive. AI Skills Are Mandatory We're looking for someone who goes beyond using AI to write captions. You should be comfortable using AI to: Generate images and videos. Edit and repurpose content. Research trends. Build creative workflows. Automate repetitive tasks. Experiment with the latest AI tools to improve content quality and efficiency. If you're constantly exploring new AI tools and finding smarter ways to create content, you'll fit right in.
