Director of Clinical Services - Domestic Violence Programs

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Responsible for the clinical and administrative supervision of Case Managers, Housing Specialists, Vocational Specialists, Residential Specialists and Interns. Provide individual and group supervision to staff. Coordinate staff training, case conferences, and other opportunities for the professional development of staff. Conduct mental health assessments by completing comprehensive functional evaluations. Develop, monitor and facilitate groups for residents. Assist with client service hotlines as needed.
