Position: Executive Assistant to the Director

Job Location: Kolkata HO

Experience: 10 to 15 yrs of experiences into Sales Strategies into the role of Business Excellence/Strategy/EA into any manufacturing industry (Building Materials will be preferred)/FMCG.

Qualification: CA/B. Tech/MBA

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in strategy execution, including tracking progress, analyzing data, and reporting to Director on key initiatives.

2. Conduct research and analysis to support Director's decision-making, providing actionable insights.

3. Assist in managing special projects, including strategic initiatives and business development.

4. Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for Director's review and approval, ensuring high-quality output.

5. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including senior management, employees, customers, and vendors, to drive business outcomes.

6. Manage confidential and sensitive information, ensuring utmost discretion and confidentiality.

7. Coordinate with various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, HR, and operations, to drive business outcomes.

8. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

9. Prepare and manage reports, including progress reports and performance metrics.

10. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective governance.

Requisite Skills and Competencies:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage critical tasks

- Must have proficiency in Advanced Excel

- Good to have proficiency in Power BI and SAP

- Discretion and confidentiality

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
