The facility operates as a primary care clinic delivering outpatient services to patients of all ages. The clinic maintains established clinical workflows and protocols to support consistent and coordinated care delivery. Clinical operations are structured to accommodate locum tenens coverage on an on-site basis.

The assignment area is situated less than one hour from a city offering a range of cultural, historical, and outdoor attractions suited to varied interests. Nearby destinations include Niagara Falls and Letchworth State Park, both accessible within a short drive. The broader region also provides access to the Erie Canal, the Finger Lakes, and various museums, zoos, and cultural centers, with numerous day trip options available within one to three hours.

The schedule offers either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per week between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with providers seeing approximately 18-20 patients per day of all ages. Candidates must hold an active New York license, DEA, and BLS certification, and providers already enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid are preferred. The practice utilizes EPIC EMR and offers strong support from an APP, medical assistants, and nursing staff with a 2:1 support ratio. Spanish-speaking providers are highly desirable, though bilingual ability is not required.
