The WorkFolk is hiring on behalf of an established CA firm based in Bistupur, Jamshedpur.

We are looking for an experienced Audit Assistant with strong hands-on exposure to accounts, taxation and audit work, preferably gained within a CA firm.

The role is suited for professionals who have cleared CA Intermediate, have at least 3 years of CA-firm experience, and are highly proficient in Tally.

This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity offering professionals the chance to take responsibility for accounting, taxation, audit support and related financial activities while working closely with the organisation's team.

• Maintain and manage accounting records and ledgers in Tally.
• Assist with preparation and finalisation of accounts.
• Handle day-to-day accounts and taxation activities.
• Assist with audit assignments, documentation and verification of financial records.
• Prepare reconciliations and supporting schedules as required.
• Assist with GST, TDS and other taxation/compliance-related work.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for required documents and information.

• CA Intermediate passed.
• Candidates should not currently be pursuing further studies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a CA firm.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts and Taxation.
• Expert-level proficiency in Tally.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
