Infrastructure Lead

We are looking for a Lead – Infrastructure & Administration to lead Pan India infrastructure and administration operations. Key Responsibilities :• Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, including new office/branch setup, relocation, renovation, expansion, and closure .• Manage real estate, lease, site selection, and space planning activities .• Drive project planning, budgeting, execution, and timely completion of infrastructure projects .• Manage facility operations, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other support services .• Handle vendor management, procurement, contracts, renewals, and performance monitoring .• Manage infrastructure and administration budgets, cost control, and expense monitoring .• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and safety requirements .•
