Responsibilities:Troubleshoot board-level issues to determine the root cause of product failure.Repair defective units in accordance with IPC standards.Utilize client management tools for diagnostic troubleshooting to quickly address customer requests remotely.Develop custom images per customer and product requirements (Windows and Linux).Work closely with the Sales Department to answer configuration and specification questions for new customer products.Complete functionality testing of industrial and military products.Assist in developing and maintaining standard test procedures for all Rugged Science products.
Requirements include:Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or similar major (preferred).5+ years working experience in the computer industry.2+ years experience troubleshooting and repairing board-level issues.Strong understanding of Linux and Windows.Experience with and knowledge of electronics and test & measurement equipment. xzbcwsv Able and willing to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a close-knit team.IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, J-STD-001, IPC-7711/7721 certification (preferred)
