Staffline Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client, Hurricane Windows & Doors, for an experienced Production Manager to join their team at their manufacturing facility in Ballymoney.

Due to continued growth and expansion, this is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Production Manager with experience in PVC windows and composite doors manufacturing to lead the factory team, oversee daily production operations, and ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
Salary: £47,000 per annum Contract: Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday Monday to Thursday: 7:00am
- 4:30pm Friday: 7:00am
- 12:30pm Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily production activities to ensure orders are completed on schedule.
Lead, manage, and support the factory production team to achieve operational targets.
Monitor production output, product quality, and delivery performance.
Ensure efficient use of materials, labour, and production resources.
Coordinate materials and resolve any production-related issues promptly.
Identify opportunities to improve production processes, productivity, and efficiency.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment in line with health and safety requirements.
Communicate effectively with relevant departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Essential Requirements Previous experience within PVC windows and composite doors manufacturing is essential.
Proven experience managing or supervising a manufacturing or production team.
Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
A practical, hands-on approach to managing production operations.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
