What you'll do:Team ManagementHire and train all new employeesDevelop employees into leadersCoaching and MentoringEnsure adherence to policiesPromote a clean and friendly work environmentAssist with cleaning and whipping down carsOperations ManagementEnsure smooth flow of vehiclesEquipment inspections and quality checks to provide top-notch washes for our customersMonitoring Expenses and BudgetsMaintenance of state-of-the-art wash equipmentDaily cleaning of tunnel, windows and location groundsSpeaking to customers and ensuring they had a great experience
