What we're looking for:

• Strong experience in Service Now project delivery and implementation

• Proven experience managing enterprise-level projects and stakeholders

• Strong understanding of Service Now and its implementation lifecycle

• Experience managing cross-functional teams, timelines, risks and deliverables

• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong ownership, leadership and delivery mindset
