In this full-service senior living community, you will provide high-quality clinical care, oversee medication management, and coordinate care plans for residents in residential living, assisted living, and skilled nursing. You will promote wellness activities, support an active and vibrant lifestyle for seniors, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety, dignity, and respect for every resident while engaging with families and caregivers.
