Civil Supervisor - Rigging

Qualification: DAE - Civil

Experience: 10 years of experience of large scale construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Perform rigging activities, including slinging, lifting, shifting, and positioning of heavy materials, equipment, and structural components at the dam construction site.

Inspect and use lifting gear, including slings, shackles, hooks, and wire ropes, ensuring proper condition and safe working load limits.

Coordinate with crane operators, signalmen, and site supervisors to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations in accordance with approved lifting plans.

Comply with project HSE procedures, lifting safety standards, and site regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Monitor material consumption and report shortages or damages to management.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to formwork installation and propose corrective actions.

Maintain records of daily progress, manpower deployment, and material utilization.
