OpportunityBoyne Capital is hiring a Vice President of Investor Relations, who will report to the Chief Executive Officer. You will be the front door to the firm for our limited partners, owning investor communications, relationship management, and inquiries from new and existing LPs. This is a strong fit for an experienced IR professional, with a high ownership mentality, and an interest in LMM private equity.
ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with the firm's existing institutional limited partners, developing a working understanding of each investor's program, history, and priorities, and serving as a reliable point of contactEngage pipeline of prospective investors, keeping the relationships warm and assessing where there is fit for future fundsField inbound investor interest and manage the document flow including NDAs, presentation versions, and updates on investment returnsDraft investor communications including quarterly letters, portfolio updates, and ad hoc LP requestsRepresent Boyne at LP conferences, the annual AGM, and related events from targeting and scheduling through follow-upMaintain fundraising database to ensure data credibilityPrepare marketing materials as needed including press releases, content xzbcwsv articles, and email campaigns
QualificationsBA/BS degree with strong academic performance, master’s or MBA preferred3+ years of institutional LP facing investor relations experienceAdvanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, AI, and CRM managementSelf-starter with exceptional presentation, communication (written & verbal), and relationship management acumenLocal to Miami, FL preferred
