We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Architect to join our team and drive enterprise-scale CMDB architecture, transformation, and governance initiatives.

Job Title: ServiceNow – CMDB Architect

Experience: 10–12 Years Relevant Experience

Location: Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

ServiceNow & CMDB Expertise

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years of relevant ServiceNow CMDB Architecture experience
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM (Common Service Data Model) with end-to-end adoption experience
• Strong understanding of:
• CI Class Modeling
• Service Modeling
• Dependency Mapping
• CMDB Architecture & Design

CMDB Implementation & Transformation

• Proven experience in large-scale CMDB implementations and transformation programs
• Hands-on experience with CMDB data cleanup, normalization, and governance
• Experience in designing and implementing CMDB governance frameworks and standards

IRE & Reconciliation

• Deep hands-on expertise in Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
• Strong knowledge of:
• CI Identification Rules
• Data Source Precedence
• Reconciliation Strategies
• CI Identification and Data Integrity

CMDB Data Quality & Governance

• Strong understanding of CMDB Data Quality Management
• Experience managing and improving:
• Completeness
• Correctness
• Compliance
• Duplicate CI Control
• CMDB Health
• Data Quality KPIs & Dashboards

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should have strong architecture, governance, and hands-on ServiceNow CMDB expertise , with experience leading enterprise-scale CMDB transformation initiatives and driving CSDM adoption and data quality improvements.
