We run paid media, ad creatives, and social for brands across India, UAE, and the US — and we're scaling fast. </strong> </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>We need a sharp Project Manager to own client delivery, keep teams aligned, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. </strong> </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>What You'll Do </strong> </p><ul><li>Own end-to-end delivery for 8–12 client accounts across Meta, Google, creative, and social retainers </li><li>Be the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients — updates, approvals, escalations </li><li>Translate client briefs into clear, actionable tasks for our media buyers, creative team, and social managers </li><li>Manage timelines, priorities, and sprint tracking using our internal tools </li><li>Build and maintain SOPs for recurring workflows — creative approvals, reporting, campaign launches </li><li>Run weekly team syncs and proactively flag bottlenecks before they become problems </li><li>Support onboarding of new clients with structured, repeatable processes </li> </ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For </strong> </p><ul><li>3–5 years of experience at a digital or performance marketing agency (this is non-negotiable) </li><li>A solid understanding of how Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns actually work — you don't need to run them, but you need to understand what the team needs to deliver </li><li>Exceptional written communication — especially for client-facing emails and status updates </li><li>Proven ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines without losing your head </li><li>Comfortable with project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, or similar) </li><li>Bonus: experience managing UAE or US clients, or familiarity with AI workflow tools </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>What You Won't Get Here </strong> </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>A slow-moving, corporate environment.
