Job Description
ENTHUSIASM TOWARDS WORK 1. Prepare detailed working drawings, including floor plans,
sections, and technical details of all architectural/interior projects
2. Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) dockets with all necessary
and approved construction details.
3. Coordinate with contractors and site supervisors to ensure the
design is followed on site.
4. Visit the site regularly to check progress and make sure work
matches the drawings.
5. Create material boards to present the selected finishes, colors,
and materials for the project.
6. Training new joinees, Assigning and assessing their work and
review them accordingly.
7. Create interior and exterior elevation drawings to represent the
design clearly.
8. Compile concept presentations in PowerPoint based on the given design brief and instructions. Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30am – 6:30pm
