About the Role

At 1Cell.AI, every case is a person navigating a cancer diagnosis. As a Patient Support Associate, you'll be their steady point of contact — owning each oncology case from order initiation to report delivery, and making sure patients and physicians always know where things stand.

This is patient-care coordination at the heart of precision oncology: part clinical coordination, part empathetic communication, part relentless follow-through. If you've supported patients or coordinated diagnostics before and want work that genuinely matters, this is it.

What You'll Own

• Manage oncology cases end-to-end — sample movement, lab coordination, and TAT tracking
• Be the empathetic point of contact for patients through the full case journey
• Handle escalations and drive timely resolution of queries and concerns
• Coordinate across lab, logistics, and clinical teams to keep cases moving
• Keep every stage accurately and promptly updated

What We're Looking For

• 1-4 years in healthcare, diagnostics, oncology coordination, patient support, or healthcare operations
• Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field
• The emotional steadiness to handle sensitive patient and caregiver conversations with empathy, clarity, and composure — often at their most anxious
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and cross-team coordination
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English + [Hindi/Marathi])
• Comfort in a fast-paced, startup environment (preferred)
