Role Description The Senior Accountant Cum MIS Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger management, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. The role also involves managing GST, TDS, payroll entries, and coordination with auditors and banks as needed. As MIS Executive, the individual will compile, analyze, and present financial and operational data, create regular reports and dashboards, and support management in decision-making and budgeting. The role requires close collaboration with store operations, inventory teams, and management to ensure accurate data flow, compliance with financial policies, and timely reporting.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including ledger posting, bank reconciliation, finalization of accounts, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting and ERP software (e.g., Tally, Excel, or similar tools) and comfort working with large volumes of transactional data.
- Experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, and preparation of management dashboards and performance reports.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission of financial information.
- Excellent numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear, structured manner.
- Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in retail or trading environments is beneficial, along with familiarity with inventory accounting and sales reconciliation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
