Role Description The Medical Caller/Representative is a full-time, remote job from 8pm to 5am ist. This role is responsible for making and receiving calls to patients, caregivers, and healthcare facilities to schedule appointments, confirm visit details, and follow up on care plans. The Medical Caller/Representative will verify and update patient information, document interactions accurately in the practice’s systems, and relay necessary information to clinical staff. The role involves handling inquiries about services, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a professional and empathetic experience for every caller. The individual will also support administrative tasks related to patient communication, follow-up reminders, and basic telemedicine coordination.

Qualifications

  • Strong English and communication skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to converse politely and professionally with patients and healthcare staff.
  • Customer service and patient support skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes, manage difficult conversations, and maintain a calm, respectful demeanor.
  • Basic administrative and organizational skills, including accurate data entry, record keeping, and attention to detail in documenting calls and updating patient information.
  • Comfort with using telephones, computer systems, and medical practice software; ability to learn new digital tools and workflows quickly.
  • Understanding of healthcare or medical office environments is preferred; prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or call center is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Karnal, follow established protocols, collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in healthcare administration, customer service, or related fields is beneficial.
