Production Manager – AAC Manufacturing

Designation: Production Manager

Reporting To: General Manager – Plant Operations

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Umargam, Gujarat

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage day-to-day AAC block manufacturing operations. The role will focus on achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, improving plant efficiency, managing manpower and resources, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality targets. Lead production supervisors, technicians, and operators to ensure smooth operations. Monitor quality parameters and ensure products meet defined specifications. Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase productivity. Optimize manpower, raw materials, machinery, and production resources. Coordinate with Purchase, Mechanical, Electrical, Dispatch, QA, and other teams. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures. Prepare and analyse production reports, KPIs, and performance data. Resolve production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile: 5+ years of manufacturing/production experience. Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards. Experience handling multiple raw materials is preferred. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a dusty manufacturing environment.
