Mathew Dental Group is growing, and we are looking for a full-time or part-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team!

Our practice serves more than 1,350 active patients, and we are excited to welcome another hygienist who wants to provide exceptional care, develop meaningful patient relationships, and grow alongside a supportive team.

In This Role, You Will

• Provide thorough, individualized preventive and periodontal care

• Educate patients and help them understand their oral-health needs

• Build trust through compassionate and intentional communication

• Collaborate closely with the doctor and the rest of the team

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Help patients remain consistent with recommended continuing care

• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development

• Take ownership of your schedule, patient experience, and clinical responsibilities

• Monday-Thursday 8:30-5, Friday 8:30-2

Qualifications

• Current NY dental hygiene license

• Current CPR certification

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• A dependable, prepared, and team-oriented approach

• A genuine desire to create an exceptional experience for every patient
