We are looking for an experienced Metal QC professional to inspect metal materials, components and finished products while ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Requirements

 Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming raw materials, metal components and finished products

• Check dimensions, thickness, weight, surface finish, colour and overall quality

• Identify scratches, dents, cracks, discoloration, porosity and finishing defects

• Conduct quality checks as per defined specifications

• Use vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges and weighing scales

• Maintain inspection, rejection reports and quality documentation

• Coordinate with Production to resolve quality issues

• Conduct random and final inspections before dispatch

• Segregate and document rejected/non-conforming materials

• Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions

 Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of metal quality inspection and manufacturing processes

• Knowledge of metals, alloys and their properties

• Hands-on experience with inspection and measuring tools

• Good attention to detail and analytical skills

• Knowledge of quality standards and documentation
