PROJECT EXECUTIVE – SOJO NYC

Position Overview SoJo Spa Club is seeking an experienced Project Executive to serve as the owner’s full-time representative for the development and construction of a major new wellness and hospitality project in Manhattan. The project is currently in the design and pre-construction stage, with an extensive team of architects, engineers and specialty consultants already engaged. We are looking for a hands-on senior project leader who can take day-to-day ownership of the project from the current design and approval stage through permitting, construction, commissioning and opening. This is not primarily an administrative or meeting-coordination position. The Project Executive should have strong technical, design-management and construction experience and be capable of proactively identifying issues, driving decisions and holding consultants and contractors accountable.
