Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong hands‐on expertise in SAP S/4 HANA to support implementation, enhancement, and support activities.

The role involves working closely with finance stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant, and optimized SAP financial solutions, ensuring smooth business operations and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Implementation & Support

Handle end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, support, and enhancement projects Gather business requirements and perform AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping Support rollout initiatives and system stabilization

2. SAP FI & CO Configuration

Configure FI modules including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Bank Accounting Configure CO modules including: Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Internal Orders

3. Organizational Setup & Master Data

Set up and maintain SAP organizational structures such as: Company Code Chart of Accounts Fiscal Year Variant Posting Periods Document Types Manage master data including GL accounts, vendors, customers, cost centers, and profit centers

4. Integration & Process Management

Manage integration points between FI and MM, SD, and PP modules Support fund management, budgeting, and financial planning processes Ensure process alignment across business functions

5. Financial Closing & Compliance

Perform month-end and year-end closing activities Foreign currency valuation Depreciation runs Account reconciliations Configure and support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements Support audit activities and ensure regulatory compliance

6. Testing, Support & Enhancements

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support Handle production support, incident resolution, and change requests (SLA-based) Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP team for developments

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO with S/4 HANA Good knowledge of FI & CO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA) Understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) Experience in SAP ASAP methodology and process mapping Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Profile

Experience in fund management, budgeting, and project accounting (WBS) Exposure to SAP validations, substitutions, and queries Experience in implementation or AMS/support projects Background in manufacturing / EPC / corporate environments preferred
