Senior Manager - Proposals (Railways)

Role: The is responsible for leading the development and strategy for winning Bids of complex jobs involved with the various Railway Systems works (Railway Electrification, Signalling & Telecommunication, etc.) . It involves managing a team of specialists and assigning jobs within the team to obtain goals within the desired timeline. It also involves coordination with multiple stakeholders and ensuring due process is followed while proceeding with various bids and internal job domain activities.
