Location: New Jersey Position: Operations Manager – Roofing & Construction Salary: per year, based on experience Employment: Full-Time
Matute Roofing Inc. is looking for an experienced, highly organized, and motivated Operations Manager to lead our daily operations and help our growing company reach the next level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily office operations Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent service Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and suppliers Manage job scheduling and material orders Supervise office staff and coordinate with the sales team Resolve customer concerns professionally Ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule Report directly to the company owner
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous management experience in construction, roofing, or home improvement preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Experience with construction scheduling and CRM software Professional, dependable, and results-driven
