HIRING: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM) – BULK CARGO HANDLING

Location: Vizag

Salary: 40,000 – 90,000 per month

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in port operations, bulk cargo handling, maritime logistics, terminal operations, stevedoring, or heavy commodity trading .

Experience: 2–5 Years

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Maritime Studies, International Trade, Business Administration or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant Business Development / Commercial Sales experience
• Strong understanding of bulk cargo handling, port terminals, maritime logistics and vessel operations
• Knowledge of laytime, demurrage, cargo handling systems and terminal operations
• Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills; experience with CRM systems preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel as required
