We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing legal team. Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through settlement.Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys regarding case status and documentation needs.Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, accident reports, and other supporting case documentation.Prepare demand packages, settlement documentation, correspondence, and legal forms.Track medical treatment, liens, deadlines, and case milestones to ensure timely progression of all matters.Assist with claim investigations, liability analysis, and settlement negotiations while maintaining accurate case files in the firm's case management system.
Qualifications2+ years of personal injury paralegal or legal assistant experience, preferably in pre-litigation.Strong knowledge of personal injury claims, insurance processes, and medical record review.Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software. xzbcwsv Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
