Hiring | AVP / GM – Branding & PR Location: Mumbai Experience: 8–12 Years CTC: ₹35–40 LPA Industry: Leading Luxury Retail Brand Reporting to: CMO About the Role Lead brand communications, PR, media relations and influencer strategy for a growing luxury retail business. Key Responsibilities Own brand identity, communication guidelines and brand consistency across channels. Drive PR and earned media across business, lifestyle and industry publications. Build strategic media, influencer and industry relationships . Lead brand events, launches and communication campaigns . Develop compelling brand narratives and content for key initiatives. Manage reputation monitoring and crisis communication . Track media visibility, share of voice, influencer performance and engagement . Support senior leadership with media strategy, messaging and briefing . Ideal Profile 8–12 years in Branding, Communications or PR. Experience in luxury, retail, lifestyle or consumer brands preferred. Strong track record in earned media and PR-led brand building . Excellent written, verbal and stakeholder communication skills. Strong media and influencer network. Graduate degree required; Marketing / Communications specialization preferred.
