Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Contractor to support daily warehouse operations in Malvern, Ohio. This role combines warehouse responsibilities, forklift operation, inventory control, and computer-based inventory management. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, is comfortable operating equipment, and can accurately manage inventory within warehouse systems.

• Load and unload materials using forklifts and warehouse equipment

• Operate both large and small forklifts safely

• Pull, stage, and prepare inventory for customer orders and pickups

• Receive incoming materials and process shipments

• Enter inventory data and maintain accurate warehouse records

• Utilize warehouse management and inventory systems daily

• Support shipping and receiving operations

• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are maintained

• Follow all company safety procedures and equipment guidelines

• Assist with on-call material loading as needed

• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience

• Forklift operating experience

• Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software systems

• Experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems

• Ability to accurately track and manage inventory

• Ability to work on your feet throughout the day

• Ability to safely lift, move, load, and unload materials

• Reliable transportation and ability to work within the Malvern area

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
