Sr Engineer, Software Engineer Lead - India

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Software Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Type Script. Design, build, and support RESTful APIs and microservices. Collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Drive technical discussions, contribute ideas, and take ownership of outcomes. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-native deployments. Monitor, troubleshoot, and support business-critical production applications. Apply secure coding practices and remediate vulnerabilities identified through security tools. Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly while maintaining code quality and security. Ensure applications meet accessibility standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

BE / B. Tech with 4-6 years of hands-on software development experience in enterprise environments. Mandatory: Strong proficiency in: Java, Spring Boot Angular, Type Script REST API Development Oracle, Postgre SQL AWS (EC2, S3, Cloud Watch, EFS, Code Pipeline, ) Docker, Kubernetes Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Harness New Relic, Splunk, or similar monitoring tools Qualys, Contrast, Twistlock/Prisma Cloud, or similar security tools Working knowledge of WCAG/ADA accessibility standards.
