- 5+ years of Oracle Cloud experience with at least 2+ years in Oracle Field Service.
- Strong understanding of:
- Field Service Management
- Workforce Scheduling & Dispatch
- Route Optimization
- Mobile Workforce Solutions
- Service Logistics
- Experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud configuration.
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to create solution design documents and functional specifications.
