About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Academic planning and curriculum implementation
Team management and mentoring of teachers
Effective decision-making for academic and administrative matters
Planning and management of school activities, events, competitions etc.
Ensuring classroom management and student engagement
Coordinating assessments, parent communication, and school operations
Promoting a positive and holistic learning environment
Qualifications
Postgraduate/Graduate with B. Ed.
Minimum 3 years of Coordinatorship experience in a CBSE school

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
