Role: Admission Counselor / Senior Admission Counselor (Telecalling) Location: Gharuan, Mohali | On-site Employment: Full-Time | Permanent Shift: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM Salary: ₹25,000–₹32,500/month Incentives Role Summary: Counsel prospective students and parents, manage admission inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into enrollments while achieving admission targets. Key Responsibilities: • Make 100 outbound calls daily • Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp & email inquiries • Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records • Counsel students on courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships & admission process • Recommend suitable programs based on student profiles • Handle objections and convert leads into admissions • Achieve daily/monthly admission targets Eligibility: • Bachelor's degree • 1–3 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Telecalling, Education Sales, Telesales, or Lead Conversion • Education/EdTech experience preferred Key Skills: • Telecalling • Admission Counseling • Student Counseling • Lead Conversion • CRM Management • Communication (English) • Objection Handling • Negotiation • Follow-up • MS Office Preferred Profile: • Target-driven and persuasive communicator • Strong interpersonal and listening skills • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Immediate joiners preferred Contact Details: Email - Phone No -
