DEWM (Disruptive Electronic Warfare Machines) is a veteran-founded defense technology company. It builds DART, a man-portable, expendable radar emitter that replicates modern surface-to-air threat signatures for training, test, and weapons evaluation. DART is fielded worldwide and supports units across the Air Force and Navy.
About the role
The VP of Customer Success owns DEWM’s relationships with its existing customers. That means driving retention, expanding DART across units and services, and growing adoption with allied partners. You’ll work directly with operational users, program offices, and military leadership, and you’ll partner with DEWM’s engineering team to make sure every customer gets full value from DART.
Required qualificationsExperience: Minimum five years of experience in defense technology sales, business development, or account management within the defense, aerospace, or dual-use hardware sectorsDomain knowledge: Deep familiarity with military procurement cycles and government contracting, and an understanding of tactical hardware and software deployment and integration complexitiesTravel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally (US, Europe, and Asia) up to 50% of the time for customer meetings, field exercises, and defense exhibitionsCommunication: Exceptional cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of briefing military leadership as well as interfacing with technical engineering teams or operational usersU.S. citizenship
Preferred qualifications xzbcwsv Security clearance: Active SECRET clearance (or eligibility to obtain and maintain one)EW background: Familiarity with any of the following:Electromagnetic warfare (EA/EP/ES)SEAD mission sets, IADS, and radar threat systemsEW sensors and mission systems, including RWRs, threat libraries, and mission dataField support: Experience supporting operational users during testing, training, exercises, or deployment, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and RF issues
