Commercial Lending Assistant

Job Overview: The detail oriented candidate for this position will be responsible for assisting Commercial Bankers with developing and maintaining a relationship portfolio.
The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
* Providing direction and support to the lending staff and servicing new/existing business loan and deposit portfolios.
* Ensuring the relationships meet compliance and regulatory standards.
* Facilitating daily customer requests in correspondence with Fidelity Bank expectations.
Requirements for the position include:
* A high school diploma (or equivalent)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong computer skills
* Experience developing business and/or customer relationships
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
* Bachelor's degree in a business related field
* Experience in Business Lending
