Kiara Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced Product Support Engineer to join our team in Navi Mumbai.

Role: Product Support Engineer

Location: Navi Mumbai – Work from Office

Experience: 4+ Years

Work Model: 24×7 Rotational Shifts | 9.5-hour shifts

Project: International / Manufacturing Technology Support What We're Looking For

We're ideally looking for someone with a Software Development background who can go beyond basic support and understand the technology behind the product.

You should have:

• 4+ years of experience in Software Development / Application / Product Support

• Strong knowledge of. NET/C#, Java, or similar programming languages

• Good hands-on knowledge of SQL & databases

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Experience with application logs, incident management & root-cause analysis

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills – mandatory

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced 24×7 support environment What You'll Do

• Provide L1/L2 product & application support

• Troubleshoot application and database issues

• Analyse logs and identify root causes

• Work closely with development and technical teams

• Support deployments, testing & production environments

• Manage incidents and ensure SLA-driven resolution

• Communicate with international clients and stakeholders

• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge resources Why Join Us?
