Controls Engineer

We are representing a very prominent manufacturing organization who is actively seeking an experienced Electrical Controls Engineer due to a continued growth/new business. This position will report to the Senior Engineering Manager who is looking to begin the interview process ASAP.

Position Overview:Provide key input into the development of departmental strategic goals along with identifying key measurable to support the departmental goalsMaintain PLC based control systems for manufacturing automation and instrumentationProgram PLC ladder logic (Allen Bradley)Lead projects and assist skilled trades in electrical disciplinesSupport operations in electrical/controls troubleshooting and continuous improvement activitiesWork closely with engineering team to define system control needsAssist corporate controls in engineering changes and new programsGuides design, develops and tests electrical control methods, materials, processes and resultsChampion assigned engineering changes communicate and coordinate accordingly to all xzbcwsv
RequirementsElectrical Engineering Degree is required for considerationCandidate should be well versed in Allen Bradley PLC'sExperience in programming, installation, startup, and debug of integrated robotic production systemsProficient in reading, interpreting and editing electrical schematics and diagrams
