Role Description

This is a 6 months internship with potential consideration for future full-time opportunities based on performance on-site internship role for an Electronics & Assembly Intern at our facility in Ettimadai Coimbatore. The intern will be responsible for assisting in assembling electronic components, troubleshooting electrical systems, maintaining documentation, and supporting product testing. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing circuit designs, understanding electronic components, and collaborating with the engineering team to ensure quality and efficiency in product assembly. The role provides hands-on experience in electronics and electrical engineering in the healthcare innovation field.

Responsibilities:

Assist in electronic and mechanical assembly of products and prototypes.

Perform soldering, wiring, crimping, and cable harnessing activities.

Support PCB assembly, inspection, and testing.

Conduct basic troubleshooting and fault identification.

Maintain assembly and testing records.

Follow quality standards and safety procedures.

Collaborate with engineers during product development and validation.

Eligibility

Diploma, or B.E./B.Tech students/graduates in:

Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Instrumentation & Related disciplines

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of electronic components and circuits.

Familiarity with soldering and electronic assembly tools.

Ability to use basic measuring instruments such as multimeters.

Good learning attitude and attention to detail.

Willingness to work in a hands-on workshop/production environment.

Stipend: Rs.10000/- per month and Accomodation from company.

Location: KSUM Fab lab, Palakkad, Kerala.
