Role: Weblogic Admin Exp Range: 7Yrs JD: Administration and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain Oracle WebLogic Server environments Provision, configure, and maintain clustered WebLogic domains, managed servers, and node managers Manage JVM parameters, data sources, connection pools, JMS resources, and security realms Maintain LDAP/Active Directory for authentication Performance Monitoring and Tuning: Proactively monitor application performance, analyze logs, and implement tuning to improve system efficiency and responsiveness Monitor server health and application performance using Oracle Enterprise Manager Conduct heap analysis, thread dump diagnostics Troubleshooting and Support: Assist with the diagnosis and resolution of issues related to the WebLogic environment, including connectivity, performance, and application deployment problems Proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks, memory leaks, deadlocks, and failed deployments
