The museum showcases an extensive collection of cricket memorabilia, artifacts, and historical items that celebrate the sport’s rich legacy. Located in the Pune Division, it attracts visitors ranging from passionate fans to international tourists. The organization values creativity and authenticity in how cricket history is visually presented. Team members contribute to a unique environment where sports, storytelling, and design come together. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor. The role involves conceptualizing and designing visual assets for exhibitions, promotional materials, social media, and digital campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics and logos, developing branding elements, designing layouts, and selecting typography that aligns with the museum’s identity. The Video Editor responsibilities include planning storyboards, editing footage, adding motion graphics, and optimizing video content for various platforms. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and curation teams, managing multiple projects, and ensuring all visual and video content is consistent with brand guidelines and museum themes. Qualifications Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual content for print and digital media. Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity. Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for clear, visually appealing designs. Hands-on experience in video editing, motion graphics, and basic sound editing using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar). Competence with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent applications. Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual and video narratives, with attention to detail and deadlines. Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site. Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Interest in cricket or sports culture is an advantage, along with a portfolio showcasing graphic and video work.
